If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Provisions

NRBC Bank Securities Limited ("NRBCBSL") is a Trading Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) holder of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), regulated by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

These Website Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the specific terms and conditions signed by you in the BO Account Opening Form (Form 02) and the CDBL Bye-Laws.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid National ID (NID) or Passport (for NRBs).
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh.

3. Risk Disclosure (Important)

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Risk: Investments in the stock market are subject to market risks. The price of securities may go up or down. NRBCBSL is not responsible for any financial loss incurred due to market fluctuations.
• No Guarantee: Past performance of any stock is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any specific return on investment.
• Execution Risk: While we strive for instant execution, trade orders may fail or be delayed due to system failures at the Stock Exchange (DSE/CSE) or connectivity issues.

4. Online Trading & Digital Services

If you use our Client Panel or Mobile App:

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID, Password, and PIN. Any trade executed using your credentials will be considered authorized by you.
• Technical Failures: NRBCBSL shall not be liable for any loss arising from internet connectivity failure, power outages, or technical glitches that prevent you from placing a buy/sell order.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Fees and Charges

• Brokerage Commission: You agree to pay the brokerage commission on trades as agreed upon during account opening or as revised by NRBCBSL with notice.
• CDBL Fees: Annual BO Account maintenance fees and other CDBL charges will be automatically deducted from your account balance.
• Payment: You must ensure sufficient funds are available in your account before placing a buy order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the NRBC Bank Securities logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of NRBCBSL or its licensors and is protected by Bangladesh copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the website for any illegal purpose or money laundering activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or burden our servers or network.
• Use any automated data scraping tools to extract market data from our site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRBC Bank Securities Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our website or services.
